Payment
All fees are pro-rated and reviewed annually
We take closure dates like statutory holidays into account when we create our fees so there is no discount for missing these days
Fees are paid by direct debit on the 1st of the month
One month’s time is required for notice of withdrawal
Any available subsidy amounts are deducted before monthly fees are withdrawn

Subsidy
You may qualify for the Affordable Child Care Benefit.
Uploading your application directly through the BC Government’s My Family Service is the most efficient way to apply. You will need to have access to your BCeID to use this service.
The Clubhouse will need to provide you with the Child Care Arrangement Form – please contact our Admin.
ACCB applications are generally processed within a few weeks of your application. If you have not received any communication from the ACCB office in regards to your application after this time please contact them directly at 1-888-338-6622..
Please note that fees are the responsibility of the parents until such time as the Affordable Child Care Benefit is available to claim (speak to our Administration if you have concerns).

- Monday to Friday – 7.00am – 8.30am and 2.30pm – 5.30pm (September to June)

- $25 one time registration fee (payable on first month of care)
