Application Process
- Please click on AGES to establish what programs and locations we have available for your child
- Select the Age / Program / Location relevant to your needs, and select APPLY
- Once The Clubhouse has received your application, a friendly Administrator will make contact
- An in-take meeting will be scheduled
- Registration process is completed
- You will be sent a link to Sandbox
- All relevant information and details will need to be completed on Sandbox before your child can start in one of our great programs
- Payment of Registration Fee and First Month’s Fees due before your child can start
- Fees due on the first of each month, in advance
